Rom 12:1-2 buscando hacer la voluntad de Dios, que es buena, agradable y perfecta.
Reunión de hombres de la Iglesia Nueva Esperanza Y Fundacion. No conformarnos a las enseñanzas de este mundo, sino con los ojos puestos en Cristo para seguir su senfar.
"Rom 12:1-2 - seeking to do God's will, which is good, pleasing and perfect. Meeting of the men of Iglesia Nueva Esperanza. Not conforming to the teachings of this world, but with our eyes set on Christ to follow his path."
Seeing these men meeting together to study God's word at the church where we will be serving and partnering with in Armenia is sooo encouraging and a beautiful sight!
While serving in Riohacha, Chris felt compelled and called to minister to men after our first few Sundays there as he saw how few men were active in or attended church. He felt led to ask our pastor in Riohacha if they could go visit men in the community and together they went each week. Ministering to men, visiting them, building a relationship with them, sharing the message of the gospel, and discipling and equipping men with God's word is something we have seen is greatly needed and has great impact in the community, the family, and the church as they come to know Christ and walk with Him.
Now as we go to Armenia, Chris is excited to come alongside Pastor Jorge in ministering to the men. Please pray for pastor Jorge and other leaders in the church Iglesia Nueva Esperanza (New Hope Church) in Armenia as they lead and encourage the men in this community. Pray for the families of these men. Pray for us as we prepare to go minister alongside Jorge and Kristina.
